What are the steps in ordering a custom buckle?
- Once you have requested our catalog and decided on a style: email us the details for your order and we will reply within 24 hours with a quote.
- How long does it take to get my custom layout sketch? Once you have agreed to the quote, generally within 3-5 business days you will receive an email with your sketch for your custom piece(s). We look forward to working closely with you to make sure your design is exactly what you want!
- How long does it take to receive my order? Once you have given the final approval of your sketch(es) and your payment has been received, it will usually take 4-5 weeks for you to receive your order.
- What if I need my order faster than 4-5 weeks? Custom RUSH orders can usually be placed and turned around in about 2-3 weeks for an additional production & overnight shipping fee. Please let us know if your order needs to be rushed so we can do our best to accommodate you.
